1. Information we may receive
When you use the Conversemos form, we may receive your name, email address, and the context you choose to share. You may also voluntarily provide a phone number, organization, role, objective, and other information related to your inquiry.
The system may maintain related person and organization records in order to organize the inquiry and provide continuity to the institutional relationship.
2. How we use this information
We use the information to receive, understand, assess, and respond to your inquiry; determine internally which area of Grupo Raíz may be relevant; maintain continuity of the conversation; and protect our channels against abuse or automated misuse.
The initial form is not intended for confidential, privileged, classified, sensitive financial, credential, medical, or other highly sensitive information. Please avoid including such information.
3. Communications and service providers
We may use technology providers that are necessary to operate our systems and communications. Emails related to inquiries may currently be processed through Resend, our email infrastructure provider.
Information may be accessible internally only to the extent needed to review and manage the inquiry.
4. Security and abuse prevention
We apply technical controls intended to protect the form and our systems. The IP address associated with a request may be used for security and rate-limiting controls, but it is not incorporated into the inquiry history as part of the submission activity.
No system can guarantee absolute security, so we recommend that you do not submit highly sensitive information through the public form.
5. Retention
We retain information to the extent necessary to assess and manage inquiries, maintain institutional continuity, and meet legitimate applicable obligations.
This notice does not establish a single automatic retention period for every inquiry. Retention needs may vary according to the context of the relationship and applicable obligations.
6. Your rights
Under applicable Dominican law, you may request access to personal data we maintain about you and, where applicable, request that it be updated, corrected, or deleted.
Some deletion requests may be subject to information that must be retained for legal, contractual, security, or rights-protection purposes.
7. Contacting us
For questions about your personal data, or to request access, updating, correction, or deletion where applicable, you may write to contact@gruporaiz.co.
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on a personal-data request.
